• No Refunds:
  Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch and subject to approval.
     
  • Cancellations after dispatch will not be entertained.
     
  • Approved cancellations (before dispatch) may be subject to administrative charges.
